It’s your day!

Whether you need full personalized service beginning right after your engagement, help coordinating your special day or help with all those final touches, we can create a package that is custom fit to your needs.

There are a number of factors that will come into play when designing your contract so we will work to design one to fit your special day. Not every wedding will fall into one of our packages. We are flexible and willing to work with you to come up with a package that covers everything you’ll need and can be tailored to your budget.

Full Wedding Package

For those couples that would like full personalized service beginning right after your engagement.   We will meet to discuss your vision and how we will work together to bring it to life.  This package includes but is not limited to:

  • Provision of a complete emergency kit, custom made for your wedding
  • Last minute errands on wedding day
  • Wedding day coordination including bridal party, guest and service providers
  • Attendance at Rehearsal and Ceremony
  • Regular updates
  • Support via phone, email and in person
  • Theme design and décor support
  • Timelines and checklists
  • Schedule and attend vendor meetings
  • Sourcing of venues, vendors and suppliers
  • Budget preparation, planning and management

Day of Celebration

All the planning has been done by the couple and they would like to enjoy a stress free day with their family and friends.   We will review your plans to ensure nothing has been missed and give you peace of mind.

  • Pre-wedding day consultations to asses where you are with your plan.
  • Joint design of your wedding day itinerary and emcee checklist
  • Wedding day coordination including bridal party, guests and service providers
  • Organization and direction of both the ceremony and reception venues
  • Attendance at Rehearsal and Ceremony

The small details…

For those specialized services that may not be offered in our packages or if you are looking for support in a particular area, we can customize the service to fit your needs, whether it be the addressing of envelopes, assembly of favors and centerpieces, final touches to the ceremony and reception venues or finding the perfect accommodations for your guests and creating and welcome packages - we'll be there to support you!
